SYNOPSIS

Matal is a small town by the Pacific coast where craft fishing is the main economic activity. Blanquito lives in this poor town, but he has never belonged, he thinks he is bigger than that and fishing is not his thing. Due to a shipwreck , a shipment of cocaine ends up in the town shores making people go crazy by selling it to small count crooks to get some money out of it.

Blanquito being the “Smartest”, decides to take it to Quito where he can sell it for a higher price. He ends up meeting his high society father (who doesn´t even know he exists) in the company of LORNA , a Colombian prostitute that is “well connected” in the Capital. The innocent journey of Blanquito ends out full of dangers, robbery, disappointment and despair that will lead him to a crossroad in his life and to find the truth about his existence and his real place in the world.
